This key role is for someone who takes ownership of day-to-day field execution and sets the tone on the jobsite. The on-site leader responsible for coordinating subcontractors, protecting quality, maintaining schedule discipline, and modeling the professionalism we expect on every project. This is not a desk role and not a "hero" role. It's a field leadership position built on ownership, clarity, and consistency.
