As Onyx & Oak Homes continues to grow, we are intentionally building a small, capable team that supports high standards in the field and a well-run experience for our clients.

  • Site Lead / Site Superintendent
    This key role is for someone who takes ownership of day-to-day field execution and sets the tone on the jobsite. This is the on-site leader responsible for coordinating subcontractors, protecting quality, maintaining schedule discipline, and modeling the level of professionalism we expect on every project.

    This is not a desk role and not a “hero” role. It’s a field leadership position built on ownership, clarity, and consistency.
